AI tools training, plain and practical

Most teams have one person using ChatGPT, somebody else trying Copilot, and nobody knowing which one to pick for what. We fix that. Hands-on training in all four tools, on your actual work, so your team knows which one to reach for and how to use it well.

  • ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Gemini compared on real business tasks
  • Confidence with prompting, drafting, summarising, and the everyday jobs
  • Safe use and good judgement built in across the team
  • Focused on the tools and use cases that actually matter to your business
  • Help for leaders deciding how these tools fit your existing systems
Tools we cover

Four tools, one clear session

We show your team how the main AI tools compare and which to reach for in different situations.

  • ChatGPT: versatile writing, research, analysis
  • Microsoft Copilot: baked into Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Claude: strong reasoning, longer documents, careful drafting
  • Gemini: for Google Workspace shops
  • We help you pick what fits your week. And what to skip.

Honest answers, before you book

Plain English answers to the questions we get asked most often.

Should we cover all four tools, or just one?

Usually all four, lightly. Knowing what each does well lets your team pick the right one for the job rather than forcing everything into whichever one they happened to discover first. We'll go deeper on the ones you'll actually use.

Can managers and frontline staff be trained separately?

Yes, often a good idea. Each group sees different workflows, risks and examples. We can split a day so people only sit through the bits that matter to them.

Do we need policies in place before training?

No, but having sensible boundaries early saves headaches. If you don't have anything in place, we can put a light-touch policy together as part of the work.

How we've helped local businesses

A few examples of how we've helped businesses save time, reduce missed opportunities and work smarter with AI.

Trades & Home Services

AI receptionist for a local gas engineer

A self-employed gas engineer was missing calls throughout the day while out on jobs, losing customers with no way to follow up. We built an AI phone agent that handles his incoming calls when he's unavailable, asks the right questions to understand what each customer needs, and sends him a clear daily summary of every contact made.

  • What we built: AI voice receptionist that qualifies callers and captures job details
  • The result: no more missed opportunities — he ends every day knowing exactly who called and what they need
Hospitality & Food Service

Smarter stock and social media for a local café

A local café was over-ordering slow-selling items, struggling to keep up with online reviews, and missing out on social engagement. We built two connected AI tools: a weather-aware stock ordering system that adjusts orders based on forecast conditions and flags products that aren't moving, and an AI review analyst that reads feedback and drafts ready-to-approve responses.

  • What we built: AI stock ordering with weather forecasting + AI review response drafter
  • The result: less waste, smarter ordering and a significant improvement in social media engagement
Hair & Beauty

Automated social media and appointment reminders for a hair salon

A busy hair salon wanted a more consistent social media presence but didn't have time to manage posts and respond to reviews manually. We set up automated social media content alongside AI-drafted review responses. The biggest win came from the AI appointment reminder system, which led to a significant drop in no-shows.

  • What we built: automated social posts, AI review responses and smart appointment reminders
  • The result: a much stronger online presence and a large reduction in missed appointments
